Spec

• 2 oz bourbon
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz egg white

Dry shake ingredients. Add rocks and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with three dashes of Angostura bitters.
